At BooBerry we are really proud of our products, and we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item unused in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, if an item is not packaged securely and arrives to us damaged we cannot offer a refund. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Inside your package please include your name and order number.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. We cannot accept returned items which were not purchased from our online store.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed, automatically to your original method of payment.
At BooBerry all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. In the unfortunate and unlikely case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away to let us know at email@example.com we will inspect the item, replace with a brand new item and cover any postage costs.
Cancelling your order
We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
